We want your new fashion pieces to reach you quickly and smoothly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and policies.
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We’re working on expanding our international shipping options—stay tuned for updates by following us on social media or signing up for our newsletter!
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (after order processing).
- Cost: Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (after order processing).
- Cost: $12.99 (no minimum order required).
Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day and shipped within 12–24 hours.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse. Use this number to track your delivery via the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS, depending on your location).
- After your order ships, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check real-time updates (e.g., “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery”).
- If you can’t find your tracking email, log into your ikkmode account and go to “Order History” to view tracking details.
- For issues with tracking (e.g., no updates for 3+ days), contact us at [email protected] with your order number—we’ll help resolve it.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or safe drop locations (e.g., front porch, mailbox).
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If the carrier can’t resolve the issue, email us at [email protected] within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
If your package arrives damaged (e.g., torn box, visible item damage), take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us at
[email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We process orders quickly, so address changes are only possible if your order hasn’t shipped yet. To request an address update:
- Email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
- We cannot change addresses once the package is in transit—if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
