If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please:
 
  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or safe drop locations (e.g., front porch, mailbox).
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
