ikkmode.com, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do. If an item doesn’t fit, match your style, or meet your expectations, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition (no stains, tears, or signs of wear).
- Original tags and packaging (e.g., garment bags, size labels) must be attached and intact.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (we use the delivery date listed in your shipping confirmation email to calculate this window).
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed apparel).
- Intimate wear (e.g., bralettes, underwear) for hygiene reasons (unless unopened and in original packaging).
Follow these 3 simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- The name and SKU of the item(s) you want to return/exchange.
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “wrong size,” “style mismatch,” “defective item”).
- For exchanges: The size/color of the item you’d like to receive instead (if available).
We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with a prepaid return label and a unique return authorization number (RA#). Please write this RA# on the outside of your return package—packages without an RA# may be delayed or rejected.
- Place the eligible item(s) in a secure box or envelope (you can reuse the original shipping package if it’s in good condition).
- Include a copy of your order confirmation (or a note with your order number and contact info) inside the package.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package (cover any old shipping labels to avoid confusion).
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (e.g., USPS, UPS—details will be on your return label). Keep the tracking number for your records, as we won’t be able to track packages without it.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
- Credit card refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (this depends on your bank’s processing time).
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error—e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
- Exchanges are free of charge (we cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost of your new item).
- We’ll ship your exchanged item within 1–2 business days of approving your return (if the requested size/color is in stock).
- If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email and offer a full refund instead.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size/color), please contact us at

- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (and its tags/packaging).
We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the faulty item and ship a replacement free of charge (or issue a full refund, if you prefer) within 24–48 hours. You won’t need to return the item first—we’ll handle everything to minimize delay.
